                              RESOLUTION NO. 21772
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF
                 PUBLIC WORKS TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR
                 ENGINEERING SERVICES WITH CTI, RELATIVE TO THE
                 CONSTRUCTION OF THE PHASE I-STAGE B CAP AND
                 PHASE II GAS COLLECTION SYSTEM AT SUMMITT
                 LANDFILL, FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED TWO
                 HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE THOUSAND AND FIVE DOLLARS
                 ($285,005.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Department of Public Works be 
and
       is hereby authorized to enter into a Contract for Engineering
       Services with CTI, relative to the construction of the Phase
       I-Stage B and Phase II Gas Collection System at Summitt Landfill, 

       for an amount not to exceed $285,005.00.
